Pilot operation, monitoring and fine-tuning of the operational strategy for Demo#2 will be performed in this task. Grid tied operation in parallel with existing power generation plant and grid forming operation with full disconnection of the existing diesel based generators will be performed. In this task the SHESS will operate to provide an effective frequency and voltage regulation (primary and secondary control) of the grid and efficient transitions between gridforming and grid-following modes. This task will ensure that all relevant data from the demonstration will be collected properly, ensuring data availability and quality at all times, and taking measures to mitigate possible problems during the demonstration operation regarding missing or bad data.
